Most orders over $100 and received by 3pm EST go out the same day. Some specialized items and services may take a longer time, but we usually can rush, just ask for details, you can call us at (888) 327-7301.

I received my shipment, but it’s damaged!

If you haven’t already, let the delivery driver know that the box is damaged-then give us a call and we can solve your problem! (888) 327-7301. (Didn’t get a chance to tell the delivery driver your box was damaged? Don’t worry. Give us a call and we can still help. ) Please call us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged shipment.

What’s your return policy?

If it’s been 30 days or less since you received the item, call us for an RGA. (Returned Goods Authorization) We’ll credit you for most any products that are unopened, undamaged and uncontaminated. Some products may require a restocking fee, and some special order items may not be able to be returned. Give us a call at (888) 327-7306.
